Improving Health Outcomes and Quality of Life New!

Information: Brain Canada is pleased to launch the “Improving Health Outcomes and Quality of Life” Multi-Investigator Research Initiative (MIRI). This initiative will support three-year MIRI research project(s) that address improving health outcomes, including quality of life, over a reasonably short period of time. This competition is intended to provide opportunities for unorthodox collaborations between multidisciplinary teams of researchers (including social sciences), clinicians, allied-health workers, carers and patients. Click here for the Request for Applications

  • $55,000 annual award (plus $7,500 per year non-cash value in training)
  • Exclusive, customized professional development training
  • Long-term collaborative research project with a non-academic partner
